The Road Not Taken
by: Robert Frost
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;
Then took the tother, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy ans wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,
And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.
I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I -
I took the one less traveled by
And that has made all the difference.

+Let The Games Begin!+
All alone in my parents room, going through YouTube.com and watching 'Today at the games' on Channel 5, it reminded me of the Asian Games. And so the games had begun after a dazzling array of lights, music, performances and colourful display during the opening ceremony shown live at midnight on Channel 5. It was by far the most tremendous opening ceremony of the games ever! Why?
Like I said earlier, the opening ceremony was an amazing array of lights, music, performances and colourful displays and one segment that moved me was the lighting of the cauldron. This was what really moved me...
"Light The Way" was the theme song for the torch relay, which I'd like to add, is the longest relay that the Asian Games torch has travelled. Too bad it didn't go through our beautiful island of Singapore. If it was made to travel across Singapore, I'd loyally follow it. Hey, maybe to you it just a torch, but for me, it signifies unity, friendship and most importantly, hope! This song is sung by Jose Carreras and Magida El Roumi (Lebanese renowned singer). When I heard it, I cried at the end of the song! It was so powerful and meaningful! I'm so getting the record (that is if there's one).
Ok guys, if you missed the opening ceremony, here's some videos from our favourite video website YouTube. Enjoy!
