The Road Not Taken
by: Robert Frost
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;
Then took the tother, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy ans wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,
And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.
I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I -
I took the one less traveled by
And that has made all the difference.

The Source Of Life starts at... 7:36 PM.
+Impressed+
I went back to EVG today for band and my goodness! I'm so proud of EVG band now. As a door closes, another opens. The departure of the seniors have made room for the juniors to develop themselves and setting the band culture in EVG right. Congratulations to the EVG band members for your achievements thus far and I'm sure that the other seniors are proud of you as well. You guys have really stepped up!
When I sat down at the back of the band, the time when you guys played Blue Ridge Saga, your sound was way better than what I recalled before I graduated from the band. You guys are so lucky to be playing more complicated and interesting pieces! Unlike us seniors, we kept playing the boring pieces like Yorkshire Ballad, Winter Wonderland etc. I see in your repertoires today and my goodness, Pirates of The Carribean la, Merry Widow la, Blue Ridge Saga la.... I'm so jealous!
Today was the first time in months since I last heard a proper horn section. YJC band and EVG band are two totally different bands. SOmehow I love the sound of the horns... but I still like the sound of the saxophone line better. Today was also the first time in months since I practiced in a proper saxophone section, and I'm sure Tony, Brian and Olivine too!
From whatI've heard from some of the band mates was that Chong Ping quarelled with some of the band mates and lost his temper.Ever since then, he did not come to practice. I'm kind of disappointed with him, but it's his choice. I can't say more to that. Let him be...
Anyway, joined the band for practice today and met the new instructors just now. They're all friendly people and they made me felt accepted. Mr Lim (new instructor) is professional in his craft and he's way better then Mr Tay J.N. It's good for the band to have instructors that know their craft really well.
Anyway, I wish the EVG the best of luck and hope you guys could achieve your expectations for next year's SYF Central Judging. Make us seniors proud (I'm sure that they are already) and get rid of the Bronze curse aightx! Get Silver!!! Make sure you guys work hard for it aightx!
To the alumni, I miss you guys and I hope we'll get to meet again soon!
However, before I end today's entry, here's Tony on the Tuba...
