Hey guys, sorry for not updating that much for the past few weeks because I've really been busy. I've become a full-pledged Band freak because all I've been doing all this while was going for band practices. What to do, I love my craft and making music is the one.
I've been going for EVG band practice more frequently now and it's been a blast. I've performed in concerts with the EVG band members at Jurong West Primary School and the Xmas concert (inaugural) organised by the band itself. It was fun!
The Xmas concert was on the second day of their band camp. Poor thing that Taufiq and Akhbar had to leave school on the first night even though they've brought everything as they thought they could overnight. But Mr didn't allow, so the solution? Sleep-over at my house! We did nothing much except for watching 'Take the Lead' and then slept (all of us were too tired, especially me- Band Fest).
Then it was concert day but I only managed to report to EVG band at around 3pm as I had Band Fest practice in the morning. When I arrived, they were doing the decorations for the concert and then it was time to change...
Concert-wise, it was ok, not exactly what I expected but they've done fairly well for their first parents concert. Good job guys!
