The Road Not Taken
by: Robert Frost
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;
Then took the tother, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy ans wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,
And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.
I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I -
I took the one less traveled by
And that has made all the difference.

+YJC Winds+
Hey guys, before I go on any further, I'd like to wish a very Maerry Christmas to all my friends celbrating it. Have fun for this joyous season of giving!
Anyway, I'd like to continue my Band Month Series and for this entry, I'd like to talk about the YJ Winds and the events that happened.
Prior to the XMas concert which was held on the 23rd of December, the YJC Winds had a band camp where it was more to intensive rather than a leisure camp. There were NO games (from what I recalled) and sad to say, I did not have fun for the camp. But at least I got to improve my playing of the concert repertoire.
Then it was break from YJC WInds practices as we had our BAND FEST practices and concert for 4 days straight (I'll get to that later). When we came back on Friday, people were not in their best moods and some people were frustrated and some were disappointed of him or herselves.
Since I am the treasurer, I was told on THAT DAY ITSELF that I have to work with the ticketing committee and it was so STRESSFUL. Have to collect all unsold tickets and money for sold tickets! And to intensify my stress level, the auditorium was only half filled! Imagine, more that 200 UNSOLD tickets! and I guess I managed to receive some of the unsold tickets as there were some members who have yet returned their tickets.
Concert wise, I guess I know what went wrong and it was just not our best concert ever. And Oh my GOD! It's our first ever self-organised concert and we did not perform as well! Oh the HORROR!
It's ok, let us work harder next time... we should ALL work harder...
I'm sorry if any of the YJ WInds members read this but it's just what I feel as a musician, as well as an audience member....
Enough rants, here are some pictures...
