The Source Of Life starts at... 11:20 PM.

+Just like any other day+

Hey guys, how are you? First of all, Happy National Day Singapore! It's been like what, 41 years since our independence and we should all be proud that we have progressed into a fine nation in 41 years! Congratulations people!

Anyway, even though it's an eve of a major holiday, where some of us would go out partying or crashing somewhere in this little red dot of ours, I still look at it as another ordinary day. Had the College Day-cum- National Day-cum- Sports Day in YJ just now but it's just another day! The whole event was boring and there's nothing much basically. I only had the kompang thing in the morning which lasted for only like what, 4 minutes? Bloody short la. We were supposed to welcome this Guest-of-Honour to YJc, Miss Ng something something la, an ex-YJCian and a Chinese News Broadcaster to Channel U, is it? I'm not sure. So ya, that's basically about it.

Suppossedly, the kompang people are suppossed to go into the hall to witness the award ceremony, but from what we hear that the hall was already packed, we decided not to. So the MCS people crashed in the MCS room and rested there for like about an hour like that? What ought to be just a relaxing hour turned out to be a tense one. We had the discussion about this CIP thing and we settled the miscommunication that we had there. Cikgu Suryati was like the moderator or the neutral party of the whole discussion. Points were put across, everyone (especially Mira) had their say, apologies made, and tears cried, then finally it was ok again. I won't reveal what really happened because I don't want to bring more tension between all of us (MCS members). All I have to say is that, I am greatly sorry to Mala as I do agree with you that we should all have the initiative to stay back and finish up our job, and being a grassroot leader myself, I will feel irritated if my people decides to leave at an earlier time and not finishing up their responsibilities. I understand how you feel Mala. I hope you can accept our apologies and like what we all say, We learn from our mistakes and I hope that we can use this incident to avoid any mistakes that we would make in future events/ projects. We should all be more cohesive yar! We love you Mala!

Anyway, after that, we went to the grandstand/ YJC Stadium for the Track and Field Meet and I tell you ah, my house was like the most pathetic one there la. Not only did we lose to the other houses- Peirce, Seletar, Canberra and Rodney- we did not even support our own hose! I mean we did not give full support to our competitors! Oh my God, Shamala, Saras and gang had difficulty convincing the Admiralty freaks to cheer and it's like we always lose to the other houses when it comes to the 'Bomb' game... Argh! Admiralty reminds me of my house in Evergreen Secondary- red House. Last and will always be last. However right, I find that JC Sports Day is totally different from secondary school sports day. Why? First of all, we did not use the Yishun stadium but use ours instead, the cheers are lame, the people here are like those type who don't bother about what's happening and it's damn hot la! The facilities there are bad, even the PA system is bad! And overall, it was bad. Rodney won, obviously, and Admiralty won too! (reverse psycology la!)

Then, went home surf the net and sleep for a while before heading to Kallang CC for my YEC meeting. the meeting was like any other meeting I was delegated a new project. I had to do this Graffitti competition that Patrick suggested me to do on. Graffitti, heyy why not? It's hip and cool right. Hmm, maybe I should call Aidil to participate... Hahax... he always wanted to do it right? Anyway, Angela also asked me of the projects that I had proposed earlier and I said that I had no time to do it. Now that there'll be a week holiday, I think I would be able to the graffitti competition. So no worries! In the meeting, I also proposed for Free Legal Counselling to be conducted then after all had had thier say, Angela concluded the meeting. Then it was off to the coffeeshop nearby with my mom and dad and Masrifin. Met abang Atim (Tarmidzie) there as well before fetching us home. While eating, Patrick sat with us and he gave me useful advices. Thanks senior!

Anyway, it's late now, so good night people!
